My favorite memory takes place in the late 90’s at the St Joe Stockyards. I was selling steers and Bob was sitting behind me buying corn on the phone and my cattle with the other hand. After placing the winning bid to purchase my steers he held the phone to his shoulder and said to me “young man, would you like me to write that check to the Chevrolet dealer?” I replied “no sir, it better be to the bank.” My father knew Bob because my family had sold him cattle for many years and we still do to this day. Thank you Bob, Gregg, Scott, Brad and families. Bob was a good man that will be greatly missed by so many. Prayers to you all. Scott Doyle
